    We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all sets that are unopened and unused.


    ARE ALL PRODUCTS RETURNABLE?

    Aroma diffusers

    All Smellacloud aroma diffusers are returnable if unused, for hygienic reasons. You may unbox the product to have a look at it. 


    Essential oils

    Essential oils cannot be returned, for hygienic reasons.


    Skintox

    Skintox products cannot be returned, for hygienic reasons.


    Herbal tea

    Herbal tea cannot be returned, for hygienic reasons.




    WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

    We will provide a refund on unused diffusers within 30 days of the date that you receive your product.

    WHY ARE SMELLACLOUD DIFFUSERS NON-RETURNABLE IF USED?

    We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other essential oils suppliers do not allow returns of used items for the same reasons.


    DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT?

    Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Smellacloud will not be responsible for lost returns.


    Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.


    MAY I RETURN MY SMELLACLOUD PRODUCTS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING AN RMA?

    If you are located in EU you must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.


    HOW DO I RETURN MY SMELLACLOUD DIFFUSER? (+ RETURN ADDRESS)

    Please note: essential oils, Skintox oils and herbal tea can not be returned for hygienic reasons. 


    You can choose to return a Smellacloud diffuser within 30 days of delivery. Please note: the diffusers need to be unused and complete. Please return them in their original box and packaging.

    Please note that refunds for products returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.     Please provide us with the tracking information once you have returned your order. You can send it to support@smellacloud.com.


    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND

    A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned products were not opened or used. All customers must contact us and provide us with the tracking information of the return in order for us to process the refund.


    Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.
